How do I remove the Sample Logo on my jotform?

I see you're frustrated with a logo on one of your jotforms that you want to remove.

Are you referring to a logo in your email notifications or on your live jotform? To remove the one in your email notification simply click the image on the template and remove it.

For the image on your live jotform select it then change it or upload your own.
