    Form not delivered to my email?

    Hello.  I have just tested my form on my website by submitting 1 form on each of the 2 forms that i have on my page.  The forms have been submitted successfully, as thy are showing up online, but they are not being delivered to my email.  I have double checked that the email address is entered correctly, and it is.  I have also checked the spam and quarentine folders in the email and there are no forms there either.  I submitted them yesterday (9/28/11) and as of now they still have not been delivered. 


    If you can offer any help I would truly appreciate it.

    Hi jbarber,


    We apologize for your inconvenience. To receive your submission notifications, you have to change sender email to "noreply@jotform.com".

    To change your sender e-mail, while editing your form, please follow these steps.

    1. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar
    2. Click on "Email Alerts"
    3. Select Notification
    4. Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings" and change sender email to noreply@jotform.com

    If you have more than one email alert, at E-mail Notifications list, please change them too. Don't forget to add noreply@jotform.com to your whitelist.

    After following these steps, your problem should be solved. If you need assistance, please let us know.

    I checked and the form already has the noreply@jotform.com as the sender email address.  We had 2 forms submitted (tests that we did to ensure everything was working) on Wed. the 28th. and never received an email notification.   We had already at that time added the email address to our safe senders list. 

    Unsure as to what the next step is.

    Dear jbarber,

    According to our investigation, it seems that problem should be fixed by now.

    In our logs, at Sep 28 14:02:47 and Sep 28 13:38:52, you had submissions, which were not delivered, and returned with a problem of "stat=Service unavailable", in 30-09-2011 08:37:44, you have another submission and it's sent without any problem.

    Please confirm me about the status,
