How to accept multiple payments on one jotform?

We are a booster group that sell our membership at the event along with online.

I am wanting to be able to accept cash, check, and credit cards. With JotForm it only allows one payment method on the same form.

My thought was then to create 3 forms one for each method of payment and then have a cover page with the question on method of payment when answered it would take them to the correct page.

You are correct in the way how you would accept multiple payments, but there is a way how to make it look like it is one jotform and have only one jotform submissions to check for all your payments.

It will still require several jotforms, but will show you how to build them quickly and how to combine them all together on one parent jotform.
