    Yes, you can use PayPal in sandbox mode to run tests.
    You need to create a PayPal account to run these tests. Please check the following page: https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/home

    Depending on the PayPal account type you want to test, you will need to also configure your payment tool to work in Sandbox mode. For example, when you use PayPal Pro.
