This form is currently unavailable

    Hi,

    One of our forms is displaying the message  "This form is currently unavailable" on submit.  I looked through your forum and there is mention of limits of number of submissions being set or expiration dates but I dont have those settings (see screenshot).  This form has worked in the past, Im not sure what changed. Im including a URL to a test page so you can try it.  Please let me know how this can be fixed.

    Hi Emily,

    I initially was able to see the issue also when I test the jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23456307023951  on your website

    but after I toggle the Enable/Disable status of the form, it fixes the issue.

    When I test submit again, I can now see the Thank You page properly.
