Hi. Yesterday I bought upgrade my account, the application number: INT141209-6822-29859, I received a letter that my account has been improved, but it is still free!!!
It was an urgent transfer to an account that has selected our company, our former employee, registering it on themselves during its creation (account iqload), with the aid of your technical support.
And now the day we bought the new upgrade our account, but still in the status of FREE.
Clients can not work with my site fully, the workflow is stopped, the company loses customers. Solve this problem faster, please.

I checked your account status and it is set to Premium. Can you please try logging out and logging back in to your account and see if it would reflect the changes?
