    My form does not display the thank you page.

    Dear guys, I have a form that gives some kind of problem. It was working great but now I have to give many clics for it to send the information and send me to the destination page. I think that it could give me some problems creating conversions from the visitors filling the forms. What should I do? Should I refer to a specific article inside your database?

    Hello EpicStudio,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you have to click the submit button several time to submit the form?

    I did test your last edited form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The form does not display the thank you page but it is submitted successfully and the data is captured correctly. It seems the issue is cause because of the custom thank you URL you have added in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    The custom thank you URL does not seems to be valid and as you can see in the screenshot above it does not display any page. I would suggest you to please change the custom thank you URL to a valid URL or set it to thank you message and that should solve your problem.

    Hi Ashwin. Thanks for your answer. I somehow fixed it. It was because I had the settings to save the form field contents. I removed so and it got better. Now you can take a look to the embeded form here: http://www.woox.com.mx/

    Second, when you clic the button changes to a strange white shape. Take a look by yourself. Also, if it's possible to bring back the save field contents option without hte multiple click problem, it would be great.

    I am not sure if your website restrict traffic from specific locations.
