    Archiving process order submissions

Asked by salsanda on December 10, 2014 at 03:37 AM

No, I will try to explain, for example, you come to my site, fill out the form, attach a file and sent me on my email. I went to my email and saw your order, download your file, to fulfill your order and send you. So this order has already otprabotan and on my website can be transferred to the archive. I go to the admin panel of my site and waste orders stand in the archive section. The question is, how it can be done, so I spent the orders from the Sent orders could carry in the Archive section on my site there Widget Archive, here in this widget Archives I would like to transfer all waste orders, add fulfilled orders that I sent before, so they were in the form of links, so they can be downloaded, as everything can be done?

    Hi,

So you are asking if you can archive submissions that have been processed already? Put orders that have been processed to a different section? And then, you are also asking if you can see the archived submissions into one place?

Unfortunately, we don't have this feature to our form builder. The closest workaround I can offer is to integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. Then you can cut the submission to a new sheet. So, the current sheet for unprocessed submissions and another sheet for processed submissions.

    Thanks
