How to save information of form?

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are close to clean out our Jotform registers and we would like to ask you if there is any form of saving the information we already have. The idea is to start a new data base as of January 1 but without deleting the current information.

You can download the data or submissions of one form by navigating to the Submissions page.

1. Navigate to My Forms->Choose a form->Click Submissions

2. Scroll down and you will see an option to download the data submissions.
