    Hi,

Forms are not going into my email

When you said your forms are not getting into your email are referring to the submissions? Like if someone fills up your form then click submit, you should be receiving a notification email.

I can see that your account is active and you haven't reach your submission limit yet. You should be able to received notifications as long as you set it up correctly.

    These guides might be helpful.

I also checked your mail logs and I can see that submissions were sent successfully.

    Hi,

In addition to that, your email is not on the bounce list either.

Please check your notifier settings. I found out that the sender name is blank.

Sender Name: Make sure you assign it  to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)

You can just select JotForm as the sender name if you like.

Note: If you leave the "Sender Name" with "Please Select" as a value, e-mail servers will likely reject messages coming from our servers as SPAM. This will cause the recipient's address to end up in our bounce list.

    Hope this helps! Thank you!
