Purchase Order Payment Total

    Hi - I am trying to use the "total" function.  It is clicked as active in the form and "on".  But when I select the quantity, it does not give any total.  Any ideas why it might not be working?

    Hi Jen,

    I took a look at your jotform and I was shown total as soon as the jotform opened and it had updated properly every time as I had changed the quantity.

    Do let us know however a link to the page if the issue is still present when the jotform is embedded on your website, but do update us if the issue is not present any more for you as well.

    Ben - I think I figured out why after you saw it was working.  It is taking me to IE for the form input and it appears that IE just isn't playing well with the form.  Hopefully others will be ok.  Appreciate your quick feedback.

    Hi Jen,

    I have checked with IE8 now:

    As you can see the total works here as well.

    Now what I believe to be the issue is the cache, so I would like you to clear your cache. You can do so by following these steps: 15 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache.
