    Hi,

The form you referenced actually belongs to another account.  It is associated with the username "sipsip1017".  You will not be able to edit this form from your account.  You can clone the form from the URL provided in your first post:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Or if you are the owner of the account housing the form and would like it moved to your current account, just login to "sipsip1017" and request form ID#20875248420150 to be moved to your current account.  Let us know and we will be happy to move it.

The letter of reference form is a hyperlink embedded in the template I listed in my first email. I can’t edit it from that template. And when I type it directly into my browser, I’m unable to edit it.

    Hi Jerry,

If I understand correctly, you were trying to use the template form from the JotForm Template Gallery?

Although I could not find this jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/20875248420150 in the Template gallery anymore. The owner must have removed it already.

To be able to use the template forms from the template gallery, please follow this user guide

    User guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/106-How-to-Use-the-Form-Templates

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
