Can some one just check my conditions to make sure I have them correct? I am trying to send two emails with each submission of the form. One should go to the Administrator and one should go to the teacher. I am getting one of them, but not both. Am I doing something wrong?Page URL:

Are you getting the emails going to the administrator or to the Teacher?
You probably need to set condition for each option in your dropdown menu for the Administrator and the Teacher.
It's easy to set for the Administrator but you need to put in more work for the teachers. The number of conditions should match the number of possible recepients.

I have cloned your form , inputted my email address for one the conditions for both an administrator & a teacher & the emails came through ok.
Can you give a specifc example of where your conditional emails seems to break?
