I am testing my jotform and additional participants are not comming in the submission email, nor on the report. I need to make sure if the info is filled out by the registrant i can later view it.

I have submitted your form, and I was properly redirected to the PayPal payment page.
Note, that by default we do not email unpaid submissions. The unpaid submissions are being placed into Incomplete Payments.

Im not sure what the below answers.
My question is: In my form, I have a section called additional participants. When I pulled my registration report for completed registrations, the “additional participants” where not in my report.
How do we make sure additional participants show up in the report for completed registration?
Your answer is directed toward incomplete payments, while my question is for complete registration and there additional participants.

I am sorry, I misunderstood the question.
The issue is related to outdated email templates on the form. We do not update custom (modified) email notifications and autoresponder.
You can fix the email templates on your form manually. There is a quick example related to the Email Notification.
Alternatively, just re-create your Email Notification and Autoresponder to get the fresh email templates.
Please also note that users will need to use the Save button to save the input data.

I took a loo at your email and it seems that it is side by side.
I have marked the title, tag and where you can get the tag from on the far right.
Since we can only assist with one issue per thread, please open a new thread if it is still not shown correctly for you in your emails and we will assist you in resolving that.
