Forms not sending notifications to users

    We are not receiving the notifications for our NP Phone Slips when we submit a JOT form. we are having to go into JOT to retrieve them manually.

    Your form email notification recipient was listed in our bounce list. Now we have removed your recipient from the bounce list, so the email delivery should be restored.
