    i keep asking for a password reset email but no emails are coming through.

    I have asked for jot form to send me the reset password link in my email dean@deansimages.com  I have asked like 10 times. no emails have come through and I have looked in my spam folder. please help

    Please can someone answer this question.  I think there is forms that people filled out in there that has not sent. I had my assistant who does not work with us anymore work on this before she left.  Now it is messed up. please help asap.. or I have to create another form. this is a pain in the butt.

    Hello Dean,

    I see that your email address in the bounce list and hence you are not receiving any of our emails. I've removed it from the bounce list and have requested for a password reset now. You should have received the password reset instructions with a link in it. Sorry for the trouble caused.

    Let us know if you haven't received the email. We will be glad to look into this further.

    Same thing is happening to me - can't get any password reset emails and cant get my forms forwarded to me.  I checked MY blocked emails list and there's no jotforms listed on my blacklist so....? What's up with this, please...

    I think this problem is also affecting me and my form.

    Please could send an email I attempted this several times over the weekend and never received the reset instruction.
