Is it possible to print a form?

I am creating a multiple page form as an application to a program. I would like to have the option for applicants to fill out a paper form. Is there a way to create a .pdf from the online form?

You can add a print button in your form to allow your users to print your form. Please check the following guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms

If you're referring that you want to embed an additional form (in PDF) that you want your users to also fill out, you can do this using a text field and an iframe tag. Please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-On-Your-Form

Thank you. I realized that if I add a "submit form and print button" to the beginning of the form (for test purposes only) I am able to print the complete form with required fields.
