Geolocation widget shows New York instead of the users location

    I will try to briefly explain the problem.  On our website, a customer can fill out a form that includes a map.  The map used to show our city, but it has changed to show New York.  This has become confusing to our customers.


    Is there a way to change it back?  I cleared my brower cache, and I tried it on my phone, but it still shows New York.

    After creating a new thread for you I had noticed that you have already opened this thread so I will raise a bug report here.

    I see that the issue is with Geolocation widget and I have tried clearing your jotform cache and replacing the widget with a new one in my clone of your jotform, but it still seems to be showing the New York instead of my location.

    For this reason I will raise this to our developers so that they can check what is the issue and resolve it for you.

    I will be linking from the other (new) thread to this one to avoid any confusions.

    Hi, sorry for the late update but the original issue about NY as the default point position of the map has now been fixed.

    Please take a look and let us know if the problem still persist!
