Dear,
I have very big problem, in "demande de documentation" its not possible to access to email notification template.
What happen ?

Upon checking your form, I see that you have several notifiers configured.
I went ahead and checked the first one and found that this notifier is locked because you've enabled the auto-hide empty fields in email notifications feature in your form.
If you want to edit it, you need to click the Unlock Data Table button and you should be able to edit the email template. However, once you do this the auto-hide empty fields feature will be disabled.
