Adding the pdf link did not work. The link is not active and is static text. Please let me know how to resolve this.

This still does not work for me for either spot...the "Get PDF" button or the one next to the Download at the bottom.

Here is the error I get when I click the PDF link down by Download....

"{"error":"WKPDF didn't return any data. <pre>Loading pages (1\/5)\n[> ] 0%\r[=> ] 3%\r[===> ] 6%\r[======> ] 10%\rQSslSocket: cannot resolve SSLv2_client_method\nQSslSocket: cannot resolve SSLv2_server_method\n[========================> ] 40%\rError: Failed loading page https:\/\/\/pdfview\/294041274183778342 (sometimes it will work just to ignore this error with --ignore-load-errors)\n[==========================================> ] 70%\rError: Failed loading page https:\/\/\/pdfview\/293858044842828477 (sometimes it will work just to ignore this error with --ignore-load-errors)\n[============================================================] 100%\rError: Failed loading page https:\/\/\/pdfview\/293752361771245930 (sometimes it will work just to ignore this error with --ignore-load-errors)\n<\/pre>","success":false,"duration":"0.354"}"

    Hi Angie,

Our higher team support are already aware of the issue on the 'Get PDF' button and download submissions PDF.

A bug ticket report had been submitted and now already assigned to one of our developer to check the caused. It was from your original thread here

We will let you know once our dev have fixed the issue.
