Submission Limits and Overlimit status

Hello, I had a question in regards to the JotForm submissions limit.

Let's say I have a max of 100 submissions, and all of those have been used. What would happen if a user went to submit a form? Would the user be indicated that I have maxed the submissions? Or not?

Additionally, can those lost submissions be retrieved? Say I decide to upgrade from 100 submissions, to 1000. Will the forms that were posted beyond the 100 cap be retrievable?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

If the account have already reached Overlimit status due to exceeded limits (submission limits, payment limits, SSL limits, upload limits), all succeeding submission on any of the forms will not be successful anymore. The forms will be in disabled status.

The form respondents will be able to see the alert that they have NOT successfully submitted the form because it is now disabled.

Additionally, can those lost submissions be retrieved?

Since those succeeding submissions after the Overlimit were not actually submitted, there will be no means to retrieve them.

Your account will duly notify you via email alert also when you are about to exceed a limits in your subscription. So, you will always have chance to upgrade subscription if needed to avoid reaching Overlimit status.

Hope this help. Inform us if you require further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Correction:

When in Overlimit status, the forms will not be available immediately. Users will not be able to use the form at all. It will have screen like this

    Thanks.
