Account over quota

    Dear Jotform,

    I received an alarm that I reached the limit of my account and my forms will be disabled today.

    As I see in my profile I used only 13,66 mb. I can also estimate the number of form I received from my clients and it is much less than 100 mb.

    Please explain how it may happened and I would appreciate that my froms stay active.

    I just checked your account  mykazka  but I did not find any limits being exceeded on the account. 

    The account is currently Active and in good standings.

    You can immediately check the standings of your accounts by using the profile page
