Why does my form not work properly on mobile devices.

    Dear JotForm Team,

    I'm not very good a analysing code and programming, so I need to ask you guys why my feedback form doesn't work properly on mobile devices. (e.g. iPhone)

    Please enable Responsiveness in your form.

    To do that, go to Setup & Embed Tab, then click on Preferences button.

    On General Settings, set Responsive Form option to Yes

    Hi Jeanette,

    thanks for the quick advice, but unfortunately it didn't work. It's still not adjusting to the smaller screen, even with the responsive settings.

    Maybe it doesn't work for this particular form?

    Hello Sarah,

    Seems like Feedback might no be working for mobile responsive. Let me do some tests and I'll get back to you.
