    Hello,

I have many people complaining that the "next" button is not working on the first page of my form that is embedded into my website. Generally they have found that if they keep trying eventually they can get through so it seemed like it was a traffic problem, except I still have people complaining about it even at 2am when there really shouldn't be traffic.

Also, I just tested on mobile and the next button does not seem to be working on mobile at all as far as I can tell.

Can you please advise me as to how I might fix this.  I have over 300 people who will be filling this form out and it is time sensitive as I need the data in just a few days. I do not want my customers to be frustrated by this process any more.

    Thank you.

    Hi Meredith,

The next button is working fine when the form is accessed using its direct link, http://www.jotform.us/form/43238110033136. The form is currently embedded to your website using our default Javascript embed method and I noticed that you need to refresh the whole page in order to make it work. In this case, a possible script conflicts between your website and the form embed codes is causing this problem.

Re-embedding your form using our iFrame method will fix this. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Please do and update us here for the result.

    Thanks
