    Image Checkbox Widget Does Not Show in IE9

    The image checkbox widget is not showing up on one of my forms (but it does for the other two). I could not see a difference in the settings between my forms, but the height of the widgets is reflected. 

    Can you advise why the images and text are not showing on this specific form? It loads perfectly fine on other browsers.

    Okay so basically the Image Checkbox Widget is not displaying your checkbox images in IE.

    What version of IE are you using that this is happening in?

    I tried this on my end in the latest version of IE, Chrome, and Maxthon but I am unable to replicate the same issue as you. It is recommended to use the latest versions of your browser to ensure your jotforms work properly.

    Hi, I am using IE 9. However this form will be going out to thousands of people and I cannot control the brower they use. This issue only appears on IE all other browsers are compatible. 

    Is there anyway I can ensure the images load on IE? It is already embedded in a iFrame and not sure where I can go from there.

    Unfortunately, standards and how the website is structured will need to be updated, just like on how HTML evolved to HTML5, CSS to CSS3 and other programming languages. As much as we want to support older version of web browsers, it is, most of the time, necessary to update them. This is because the community of developers might have seen issues related to security, structure and data management of this browsers, that is why is it recommended to update. Same goes with the JotForm form builder, our developers need to update it's structure to support new standards in web development and at the same time to be cross compatible to other browsers.

    Here is what I'm seeing in my IE 11. 




    Are the images loaded correctly in my screenshot? I would also like to suggest that you update your IE 9 browser, and see if that corrects the problem.

    Updating my browser is of little to no help as I am not the intended end user of the form. I do not use IE myself due to its limitations, however I have to check its compatibility before I send to my target audience, considering my audience is large organisations that have IE as standard I cannot simply asked them all to upgrade their browers if he form does not load. 

    Is there functionally in your system to tract IE browers and redirect to a separate form?

    Thanks for updating us.

    If that is the case, I will need to escalate this to our developers and the back end team, they might have a possible solution to make a version or modify the widget to match IE9 browsers. We'll receive a notification from them when they have a workaround for this.

    Image checkboxes have been fixed for IE9 compatibility.
