We use JotForm for camp registrations, etc. We can only enroll a certain number of people. A couple of times we have closed for the night only to find the next morning that we exceeded our enrollment cap with evening registrations. We use PayPal integration to do the payments, with them choosing the items in that box.

    Thanks.

    Hi Megan,

If you would like to limit the amount of submissions you receive on your form, you can set a form limit.

You can view how to set a submissions limit on your form, at this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form

If you would like to have limits for specific items that you are offering, you can use one of the following widgets.

    Gift Registry

    Quantity Gift Registry

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

Looks great, though I am also wondering if it can interface with PayPal
payments or they have to choose the program in the "gift registry" and
    again in Paypal.

    Thanks.
