This is my second time contacting support without hearing a reply. My form has been working fine and emailing submissions until approximately Monday 12/08. I have checked to make sure the email address is correct and have also sent test emails. The test emails have not arrived in my inbox either. I've checked my Spam folder, Spam settings, email settings, etc. I do not know why I am randomly not getting submission emails after over a month of working fine.

I see that your email address is in our bounce list and hence you were not able to receive any emails to this address. Your previous question was answered here http://www.jotform.com/answers/472468.
We've removed your email address from the bounce list. If you are still not receiving submissions to your email, we request you to go through our guide on setting up notifications preventing bouncing related issues.
Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
