You can clone it from your client's account. Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

The URL of your form is: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40152499702353

    Hope this helps.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
    Thank you.

    Hi,

Have you attached a screenshot of an error message here? Unfortunately, I'm unable to see it here. Please do follow this instruction on how to attach a screenshot

I've tried cloning the form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40152499702353 to my account for testing purposes. This is how I did it.

    1. Click "Create Form"

    2. Click "Import Form"

    3. Choose "From a Web page" and paste the form you want to clone.

I hope this helps. We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

    Hi.

Yes – I did send a screenshot from MS Outlook.

I DID follow exactly the procedure but when I click on “Continue” I still get this message:

No form found on the page. Please check the source code you provided

And I’m 100% sure that everything is correct. Do you have a problem in the Danish version which I use?

Maybe – before I give up – you could clone the form to “DanskTennisFond”?

    //Tommy

    Hi,

I know sometimes it's quite frustrating when something doesn't work in your end. Please do bear with us, can you follow the steps below.

    1. Clear Form Cache

    2. Clear Browser Cache

    3. Log out and Log back in to your account DanskTennisFond.

    4. Try using different web browsers.

    5. Check if the link correct. It should be: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40152499702353

We can, however, clone it for you but you will need to log in as DanskTennisFond and request it here.

I hope this helps. We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

    Hi

Just found out, that something dosen’t work using Win 8.1 / InternetExplorer. Tried the cloning using my iPad and it worked fine so I now can get on doing the rest.

Thank you for your super support and merry Christmas from Denmark.

    Hi

I have added a ”Print”-button; but when printing it prints the whole website and the datafields seems empty.

    The site is here: http://tp-specialsystemer.dk/ansoegning.htm

When using the “Thank you” field it works fine with thank-you message but I would like the form to return to website after pressing “Send”. I know, that it’s possible to set a return site; but then you won’t get the “Thank you”-message?
