Billing Cycle - Bi-yearly Premium Plan

    I purchased a Premium, 2 year plan which is coming up for renewal on Dec 30th. Will I be billed the two year fee again or does it convert to a monthly plan/billing now? (I'd like to go two years again, but I don't see that option in your Pricing table.)

    Our system would try to renew the same - bi-yearly - subscription again and if failed, it would fall back to free account.

    What this means is that your account will be charged on 31st for the renewal of the same subscription.
