Unfortunately as far as I know that's not possible because of the fact that your jotforms rely mostly on javascript already so doing so might cause it to break or be stripped out. This is the main reason PHP is used in conjunction with it because it remains unaffected when sending the data.
If you are looking for an alternative method with java only you may want to take a look at our API Documentation which talks about using Java as posting but you'd have to pull the data outside jotform to post it to a separate page.
