    Hi,

It seems that you created a custom PDF-link in your jotform  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42334874394967 Thank You page, instead of the default PDF-Link in the fields.

I initially was able to reproduce the problem you have shown in your screenshot when I used the custom PDF-link in the form.

I made a test and added the default PDF-Link also on my test form

when I did this, I was able to test the default PDF-link also, and it is working.

    See screenshots below for comparison

the custom PDF-Link did not work

    the default PDF-Link is working

Can you please try using the existing PDF-Link instead? It should work.

Do inform us if it did not work on your end.

    Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. I suppose the issue that we are having is in fact with the custom link. Prior to one day ago, the custom link instructions provided on your webpage & used on this form worked without any issues processing more than 1,000 submissions. It was not until a day ago that the custom link feature stopped working & began giving the error. While the pdf option that you provide gives some access to the pdf form, a custom link, or a simple method where the user can click the link & immediately open the form, is preferred due to the sheer volume of use. With the option you provided, one would have to copy & paste the link location every single submission to get the pdf. Is there any way the custom link option can be restored? We have tried to completely wipe all of the information & reload the custom link information; however, the same error occurs. Additional assistance is appreciated!

I understand that you want to have a link to download the PDF version of the submission on the thank you page. As I check your JotForm, the thank you page is now having the default pdf-link.

Could you try adding the following link for your custom link to see if that works?

    http://submit.jotformpro.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={id}&formID=42334874394967

Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thanks!
