Layout of the form is different in preview mode

I've built a form, and put certain fields next to each other. When in editing mode they appear next to each other, but in preview mode they appear underneath each other. When i check the form by using the URL link, it also shows the fields underneath each other not next to each other, is there something i need to do to make the fields appear as they do when editing? The form also fills the whole screen when i access it from the URL, how do i change this?

I see that you have enabled the option responsive form from the preferences which could be causing the issue.

Please disable this option by selecting No. You can display the form in responsive mode by adding our Mobile responsive widget to your JotForm.
