Email notification is not working

    I have set up a form with email notification.  The test email is sent out to the default address, but the form submission emails never arrive.  The URL is:

    As far as I can tell, it is set up the same as our other forms.  Is something wrong with my configuration?

    Same exact for me -- emails still not coming even after you folks checked/fixed my email address on your bounced list.

    Your email address was in our bounce list, please see this guide for further issues like these

    How to remove your email address from bounce list

    We were notified around 30 minutes ago that the issue is now fixed, please do some tests and do get back to us should the issue continue.
