I have set up a form with email notification. The test email is sent out to the default address, but the form submission emails never arrive. The URL is:
As far as I can tell, it is set up the same as our other forms. Is something wrong with my configuration?

Same exact for me -- emails still not coming even after you folks checked/fixed my email address on your bounced list.
