When our volunteer form is filled out online the email notification is not arriving to the email address listed. I have checked my spam folder, and I have checked to see if it has been rejected but it does not deliver or show up in the email. I have several people who submitted forms but I didn't know because it didn't show up in the email.
Same Problem for me -- and you guys just checked to see if I was on your blocked email list and fixed that -- but I just tested the form and STILL no emails are arriving.

We had a temporary glitch which prevented the emails to be send. This has now been fixed.
To retrieve submissions, you can do it directly from the submissions page
Also, you can check yourself if the email address in on bounce list http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
If the issue persist, do get back back to us.
I set this up over a month ago, we missed almost 20 messages in that time, including the test I did this morning. We are not in the bounce list. The email the notifications should be going to, that we use on our account, is firstname.lastname@example.org - my direct email is email@example.com

I figured out what was wrong. My email address was mistyped.
