Is it possible to make one option list field depending on another option list field?

I would llike to create a field with options that depend on a previous selection of other field? How do I upload a parameter database with this connections?

Unfortunately there is not currently a way to upload a parameter database to your form without quite a bit of modification.  However you can have the logic based fields you desire using form conditions:

You can set up any number of fields to be hidden or shown based on the selections or data entered in other fields.
