Prorated refund for yearly subscription plan.

If downgrading to free plan after let's say, 1.5 years of a 2 year upfront, do you pro-rate the money?

If you cancel your yearly / bi-yearly plan, prorated refund is possible but the amount will be calculated based on the non discounted subscription amount. That means if you have purchased 1 year subscription and then after 2 months you want to cancel your subscription, $9.95 * 2 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

I did check your account and it seems you have only a free plan. Your premium monthly subscription was cancelled on November 27, 2014.
