Not receiving notifications after completing the form and making a payment

    Hi I done the form and test it, however, after make a payment from paypal and get a thank you page, the submission resulat is not updated - still 0 submission and no email notification is received.  The paypal account is no payment in.

    Please help.  If your form is OK, I will upgrade it.

    Received submission and can be received from email account.  Download the data successfuly.  Will check the payment status of paypal account.

    I checked the form Photo Contest Entry Form and you have 2 submissions and 1 incomplete payment:

    Incomplete payments happen when someone fills in the form but closes it when redirected to the payment page, so the payment was not done with success. 

    I also have the information that the 2 notifications were sent. Can you please confirm that the situation is solved?

    One of the email notifications ("Notification") was missing the sender name and a recipient email address:

    Probably this was why you were not receiving the email notifications.

    I did fill the notification information.  Now the issue is resolved.  Thank you Carina.
