My client wants me to install an autoreponder for drip marketing on his website. Similar to what aWeber, iContact, GetResponse, etc. offers. Does JotForm (which we use on his site) have AutoResponder functions?

Yes, it is possible to add an auto-responder to your forms, so that when a user fills in the form he/she will get a copy of the form or other customized content.
You can see here more details on how to setup an auto-responder. You can also see how to add a custom sender email to your auto-responders.
