When does the submissions count start and reset with paid accounts?

In the monthly subscription, does the month start from the date of upgradation or does it count only the remaining days in the current month??

Your billing date is the one when you make the first purchase, but your submissions are counted from the start of the month to the end of the month.

What this means is that on every 1st of each month you will get your submissions count reset back for you.
