I have people submitting information on your site and it is not being forwarded to my email address. Additionally I requested to get password reset and it is not showing a reset link to my email.
I certainly appreciate all you help and making this valuable website!

Your username is "trackstar". Try using that to initiate the password reset. I also saw that there were a few failed attempts to send the password reset that resulted in your email address being added to our bounce list. I removed you from the list but if your system is rejecting our emails, I unsure you will be able to receive them. Here is our guide on what addresses to white list and things of that nature:
