Not receiving email alerts

    I lost many confirmed tours because the Jot form is not sending the form emails to my email addresss

    I am very upset right now

    This problem started since past 3 days

    FIX IT ASAP!!!!!

    I think this is the error from my new updated webmail from my internet service provider

    Those idiots have updated some webmail

    After which am not getting my jotforms submissions to my emails

    Any idea? How i can solve this problem?

    Have they blacklisted jotform emails from reaching my webmail?

    Now we have removed your email from the bouced list, so the email delivery should be restored. Related guide:

    Since you use a custom sender on form, you can contact your email provider to see if they can whitelist our IPs:
