I have built a form with the show hide fields. I was ready to launch but now I have people telling me they see all my show/hide conditional fields.

On my mac using safari and chrome it works fine. On two other macs using firefox and safari you can see the conditional show/hide fields.

I researched the other tickets and there was a mention of putting it in an iframe.  Let me know if that is the solution. The problem with an iframe is I am passing information from another form using the URL to pass it. In an IFrame I cant pass it without knowing PHP. So let me know.

    Any help here?

I've tried accessing your JotForm on Safari and Firefox on a virtual system and I was able to see the conditions are working. Probably, you are seeing this issue after embedding your JotForm on the webpage.

Generally, iframe method embedding is preferred when we encounter some conflicts with other scripts on the website. If you are embedding your JotForm using default embed method, you may try embedding using iframe method. Please let us know the URL of the web page so that we can take a look and provide you necessary assistance.

Please get back to us if the issue still persists after embedding your JotForm using iframe method. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!
