How can I export all of my data into an Excel/.csv format?

I am trying to figure out how to access all of our information to export it in either an excel or .csv format.  Can you provide instructions on how we can do this?  Appreciate any help you can offer.

This is possible to download the form submissions in Excel/CSV format on a per form basis. Please take a look at the following guide:

Note, that we do not have an option to download the complete account data (all forms) at once.
