Jotform not Linking correctly

    I have a client whose jotform on his site is linking to an old site we created for a completely different customer instead of a "thank you for contacting us" message page. I'm not sure if we still have the login credentials for our company, as a former employee was the one who worked on it. Is it still possible to edit this so it links correctly or replace it with another working jot form? The customer gets the contact email when it's submitted, it just needs to be re-linked.

    Are you referring to the contact form embedded on the website here? 

    This Jotform is associated with username jmuellerbook registered with your email address. You can login into this account and make necessary changes to this Jotform as required.

    If you do not remember your login credentials, you may request a password reset from the login page.
