Not able to pass information from one form to another

Asked by kauseway on December 12, 2014 at 09:24 PM

Ok, I am getting super frustrated trying to get these awesome forms to work.  Everytime I build something I find that it doesnt work for whatever reason.  So I copied my last form and made a simple form just to have something up as I have spent days working on this.

So when I test it on chrome with pc and mac it works fine. Meaning it passes the information from this page:

    https://naturalcarecleaningservice.com/book-now

    to this page

    https://naturalcarecleaningservice.com/book-now-checkout

.  Buy my other mac using firefox does not pass the information.  Using a pc it also does not work on firefox and IE! I am exhausted at this point. CAn you let me know what is wrong with this and why it only works 50% of time.

    first form: https://naturalcarecleaningservice.com/book-now-checkout

    second form: https://naturalcarecleaningservice.com/book-now-checkout

    Page URL:
    https://naturalcarecleaningservice.com/book-now-checkout

one form information style pc find does not work

    Hi kauseway,

I do apologize for the issue you are experiencing with your information not being passed.

I was able to get the information passed using Chrome, but as described it in not currently being generated in Firefox.

This appears to be caused by a security error on your webpage. It appears that there are unsecured elements on your webpage and the error returned from Firefox is preventing the information from being generated.

Please check your security certification to have the error removed.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
