There is an urgent question we need help with. We've used paypal pro integration on jotform for the payment. At the same time, "my item" is a mandatory field.
We've noticed with a key issue with submission we've been receiving. 15-50% of submission have submit their form, but who did not pay for our product. How can this be? I know all the incomplete submission would not show as a registrate. But somehow they have submit the form without having to pay. We are losing sell with the paypal pro integration. Please respond ASAP to provide possible remedies.

When you say submitting the form but did not pay for the product, you mean that they did not select any product in it, but was able to submit the form?
May we know if you have embedded the form on a web page? if so, can you provide us a link?
