    Hello,

    We just received word the plan is to lift the ban on IP addresses in Brazil tomorrow. The attack originated from there so we had to limit access until it subsisted. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our team has been working hard to minimize the impact, and unfortunately this issue affected some more than others.

    We have received the confirmation from our back end team that the Brazil IP addresses are now enabled. That should have resolved the issues you were having.
