    Whay is account suspended?

    We are a 100% legit company. We love your app and forms. We searched the internet for weeks looking for something like this. We are in the evaluation period before we upgrade.

    I don't understand what happened. We installed the form in our shecanplay.org mobile app and our bankonit.com mobile app and on a website. www.shecanplay.org.

    We have not even driven any traffic to the forms yet. We have a few test submissions and that's it.

    Can you please reactivate our service?

    JotForm system must think your forms are for phishing or something else! You sould send a message to JotForm's Owner/Admin at:

    I'm sorry, as i said i'm only a JotForm forum helper and they usualyy respond within 24-48 hours or sooner! I trust in there services to help you! if you would like I would be more than happy to make you a temporary form until they do or you can just make another jotform account and can use that one as your backup account! also don't ever make 100% capitalized forms and never add username and password fields because the system thicks your a phisher!

    Ahh, I had a username and passwrd form on one of my sites. my forms are embedded in my mobile apps so that would force me to provide an update to the app store. I would like to try and get my forms back live to avoid the man hours of work and save time.

    I understand and that must be the reason but as long as you are not scamming people and contacted them on the page Url I displayed before your account will be fixed!

    Like I said it only take 5 minutes to make a second account and don't add that type of fields or I can make a form for you! Now if you need a login and logout real service please try, authpro.com.
