After the change with the secure forms I updated all of my forms to the new "secure" subdomain and now none of my forms are working or available because of a "503" server unavailable error. Can you please let me know the fix?

Yes it is actually an error, we will wait JotForm Support Team's with regards to this matter, meantime, you can stay to this link http://jotform.com/CSWEN/MonthlyLuncheonRegistration without using secure, while waiting for responses.

As of this writing the form is working fine, I made a test submission using the secure page url it went through without any errors. It might have been a temporary problem.

Yes, I do agree to mliz post, your form is now working well, maybe it was just a temporary problem.
