IMPORTANT: Jotform error server down for maintenance??

    IMPORTANT!

    We have a major end-of-year fundraising campaign going through a form that we created with your service.

    With no explanation whatsoever, the form now says "Jotform currently unavailable"

    Please fix immediately!

    We risk loosing a huge portion of donations due to the form not being available, and if this is not resolved soon we will have to cancel our jotform account and find another service. We've used jotform for many different aspects of our organization for years now, so we hope we don't have to cancel. However this is an interruption in service that will have serious consequences for us.

    Please respond.

    Hi Catherine,

    Our apologies! But I'm sure that the error is only a temporary one, a caching issues. I have just viewed your form here and I asked my colleague who is in the US and both us were not able to replicate the problem.

    I have just cleared your forms cache. Kindly check it again and update this thread if the issue persists.

    Thank you for your response.

    However, the problem persists with all of our active forms. I have tried these on several different devices and browsers.

    For example: all three of our forms display this same error message. These forms are actively used by our patrons, and we have never encountered this error before.

    Hi,

    I also could not reproduced the issue when I tried on my end.

    I can view your jotform just fine on the websites.

     

    Have you tried testing/checking also using different browsers? The issue could be browser related only also.

    Please let us know if issue still persist.
